- The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
1.3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at enquiries@trentendclothing.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely, including any accessories and documentation that were initially shipped with the product.
- Include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA.
1.4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
